Now Hiring: Customer Service Evaluators Customer Service Audit Program As a Customer Service Evaluator for Global Light Find LLC, your role is to review the customer service performance of major companies. Assignments may include regional field visits and remote evaluations based on client requirements and evaluator location. You may interact with staff, test support channels, visit assigned locations, and compile detailed feedback reports to help companies improve their customer experience. Evaluators who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, attention to detail, and quality reporting on their initial assignment may become eligible for additional assignments. Based on their first assignment performance, qualified evaluators may receive two or more assignments per week, depending on client demand, project availability, and continued performance. Each successfully completed assignment is compensated at $450, allowing active and qualified evaluators to increase their earning potential through additional approved projects.
